Vergiftungen und Drogennotfälle im Rettungsdienst können durch sehr viele unterschiedliche
Stoffgruppen entstehen. Eben diese Vielfalt stellt das Rettungsteam oft vor große
Herausforderungen, wobei häufig eine Vergiftung nicht offensichtlich ist. Eine aufmerksame
Erfassung der Erstsituation, eine sorgfältige Eigen- und Fremdanamnese und die Einordnung
der Leitsymptome geben dem Notarzt Hinweise auf die Diagnose.
Poisonings and drug emergencies in the rescue service can arise from very many different
substance groups. It is precisely this diversity that often presents the rescue team
with major challenges, although poisoning is often not obvious. Attentive assessment
of the initial situation, careful history taking by oneself and by a third party and
classification of the leading symptoms provide the emergency physician with information
on the diagnosis.
